Dispose of your unwanted medications at Springfield Town Hall. The Springfield Police Department has partnered with CVS Pharmacy to provide a safe receptacle for medicine disposal located just outside of where the water payments are taken. Town Hall hours are Mon-Thurs 9-5 and Fri 9-noon.
PLEASE NOTE!
The following items are accepted for disposal: Prescription drugs, patches, samples, over-the-counter medications, and pet medications.
The following items are NOT accepted: Aerosol cans or inhalers, prescription ointments, hypodermic needles, liquids of any kind, bio-hazards or infectious waste, thermometers, food items, or supplements.
